Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipping

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
